摘 要:目的研究蓝芩口服液的定性定量方法。方法利用薄层色谱法对蓝芩口服液中的板蓝根、栀子、黄柏、胖大海进行研究;用高效液相色谱法测定蓝芩口服液中黄芩苷的含量。结果在硅胶板上样品与对照品相应的位置上,显相同的颜色斑点,阴性样品无干扰;HPLC法测定黄芩苷在0.21-5.13μg与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 8,平均回收率97.4%,RSD为1.9%(n=6),蓝芩口服液中黄芩苷的含量为18.439-20.456 mg.支-1。结论所建立的方法可用于蓝芩口服液质量控制的补充。Objective To study the quality standard of Lanqin Koufuye.Methods Five components including Scutellaria baicalensis,Radix Scutellariae,Fructus Gardeniae,Cortex Phellodendri,and Scaphium Scaphigerum in Lanqin Koufuye were identified by thin layer chromatography.The baicalin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results Spots obtained from the sample solutions had the same color as their authetic sample solutions,and the blank solutions had no interference on silicon gel planks.The content of baicalin at 0.21-5.13 μg had good linear relationship with r=0.999 8.The average recovery was 97.4% and RSD was 1.9%(n=6).The content of baicalin in one bottle of Lanqin Koufuye was from 18.439 to 20.456 mg.Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of Lanqin Koufuye.
