摘　　要：网页公证作为公证的一种,与知识产权网络侵权的特点相契合,也经常被应用到这类案件中以固定侵权证据。网页公证确实能够在多变、易更改的网络世界起到固定证据的作用,但在现实中,网页公证文书经常会因程序上的瑕疵而降低证据效力,甚至不被法院采信。因此,进一步细化并完善网页公证程序是当务之急。Web notary as a notary,fit with the characteristics of infringement of intellectual property network,are often applied to such cases,the evidence of fixed infringement.Web notary can indeed play the role of evidence in changing,easy to change the fix-ed network of the world,but in reality,due to instrument page notarized application flaws and reduce the effectiveness of evidence,not even the court accepted.Therefore,to further refine and improve the website of fair procedures is a priority.
