摘　　要：盯人防守是所有防守的本源。本文以篮球人盯人防守的原则作为切入点,运用文献资料法、归纳演绎法,重点探讨盯人防守理念中的"人、球、区、时",试图构建篮球人盯人防守的理念框架。Man-to-man defense is the source of all basketball defensive.This paper,basing on the basketball man-to-man defense principle,by using the methods of documentation,conclude and constructed,mainly discusses the concept of the man-to-man de-fense people,ball,area,time and tries to construct the framework of basketball man-to-man defense philosophy.
