燃料乙醇DDGS对肉仔鸡生产性能、肉品质及胫骨质量的影响

摘　　要：分析燃料乙醇DDGS营养成分及毒素含量,研究此种DDGS对肉仔鸡生产性能、肉品质及骨骼质量的影响。试验选用240只1日龄科宝艾维茵48肉仔鸡,随机分成4组,每组6个重复。对照组饲喂基础日粮,1～21日龄阶段,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组饲喂含有10%燃料乙醇的DDGS日粮;22～35日龄和36～49日龄两个阶段,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂含有10%、20%和30%燃料乙醇的DDGS日粮。结果表明:DDGS显著降低1～21日龄肉仔鸡采食量(P<0.05);DDGS显著增加肉仔鸡腿肌黄度(P<0.05);DDGS显著增加肉仔鸡骨矿物含量(P<0.05)、胫骨长度(P<0.05)及胫骨重量(P<0.05)。DDGS具有改善胫骨质量的作用。An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary fuel ethanol DDGS on growth performance,meat quality and tibia parameter of broilers.A total of 240 1-d-old male Cobb Avian 48 broilers were randomly allocated to 4 dietary treatments.Control group fed basal diets during the whole period of experiment,the experimental Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were fed 10% fuel ethanlo DDGS during the period of 1d～21d,and were fed 10%,20%,30% DDGS during the period of 22d～35d and 36d～49d,respectively.Birds were slaughtered at 49 days old.The results showed that fuel ethanol DDGS significantly decreased average feed intake（P〈0.05） of broilers during the period of 1d～21d.DDGS significantly increased thigh muscle b＊（P〈0.05） of broilers.DDGS significantly increased tibia bone mineral content（P〈0.05）,the length of tibia（P〈0.05） and the weight of tibia（P〈0.05）.Fuel ethanol DDGS can ameliorate tibia bone quality.
