摘  要:在针对航天器姿态控制的地面仿真验证中,存在建模复杂、模型保真度不高、不易部署、实时性不好等问题。参照地面气浮台实验,使用MapleSim多领域物理建模工具,建立了包括飞轮、推力器、多体动力学的航天器基座模型。将模型转换为可在LabVIEW环境下运行的C代码,部署于PXI实时仿真平台,建立了实时仿真系统,对姿态控制器进行了仿真验证。该方法采用非因果建模思想,解决了仿真中存在的问题,为系统样机模型的快速建立以及控制器的测试验证提供了新的解决方案。There are some critical problems existed in the ground simulations for spacecraft attitude control,such as the hard progress to develop,the lack of precision,complicity of deployment,and poor real-time performance.To simulate the air bearing test-bed experiment,this paper built a complicated model of spacecraft base incorporating the flywheel,thrusters and multi-body dynamics using the multi-domain physical modeling tool MapleSim.Transformed the model into C code which could run in LabVIEW,deployed on the PXI real-time simulation platform.Developed a simulation and validation system to test the attitude controller.The method implemented the non-causal modeling concept,solved the problems.It provides a new solution in the practical designing process for the building of prototype model,the testing and verification of the controller.
