摘  要:目的探讨工作场所空气中锑及其化合物测定值的不确定度与影响不确定度的因素。方法依据JJF 059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表达》原理和方法计算工作场所空气中锑及其化合物测定值合成标准不确定度。结果锑及其化合物含量X=(20.25±1.26)μg/L。其不确定度主要包括检测仪器的相对不确定度、标准溶液的浓度、样品浓度、标准溶液稀释量具、样品稀释量具、有效数字修约。结论全面反映检测过程中各方面的不确定度是质量控制的关键。[Objective]To study the uncertainties of measured values of antimony and its compounds in the air of workplace and its influencing factors. [Methods]According to the principle and method of Evaluation and expression of the uncertainty in measurement(JJF 059-1999),the combined standard uncertainty of the measured values of antimony and its compounds in the air of workplace was calculated. [Results]The concentration of antimony and its compounds was X=(20.25±1.26) μg/L.The uncertainty mainly included the relative uncertainty of detecting instrument,concentration of standard solution,concentration of samples,diluting apparatus for standard solution,diluting apparatus for samples and rounding off of significant digits. [Conclusion]Overall reflection of all uncertainties during the detection process is the key to quality control.
