摘　　要：目的了解潍坊学院大学新生麻疹抗体水平,为控制成人麻疹发病提供依据。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法对360名新生的血清麻疹IgG抗体进行检测。将不同性别、地区、年龄学生的麻疹抗体水平进行比较。结果麻疹IgG抗体≥1∶200滴度的学生为352名。阳性率为97.78%;1∶800滴度的学生为292名,阳性率为81.11%。不同性别、不同地区、不同年龄的学生麻疹抗体水平差异均无统计学意义。结论潍坊学院新生麻疹抗体阳性率较高,短期内发生麻疹流行的可能性很小。[Objective]To understand the measles antibody levels of freshmen of Weifang University,and provide evidence for control of adult measles incidence. [Methods]ELISA was used for serum IgG antibody detection of 360 freshmen.The measles antibody levels of students of different genders,different places and different age were compared. [Results]352 students＇ measles IgG antibody was ≥1∶200 titer,the positive rate was 97.780%,292 students＇ measles IgG antibody was 1∶800 titer,with positive rate of 81.11%.The difference between students of different genders,different places and different age was not significant. [Conclusion]The measles antibody positive rate was high among freshmen of Weifang University which indicates that it is unlikely the measles epidemic will occur in the short term.
