摘　　要：目的了解五峰土家族自治县(简称五峰县)人群死亡水平、主要死亡原因及特点,分析影响居民健康的主要疾病,为制定疾病预防控制策略提供依据。方法全县人群死亡信息查自网络直报系统,数据统计分析采用Deathres 2005死亡医学登记系统。结果 2007—2010年,五峰县居民的粗死亡率为6.08‰,标化死亡率为8.60‰。男女死亡比为1.42∶1。居民前5位死因分别为循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、损伤中毒、恶性肿瘤及消化系统疾病。结论慢性病和意外伤害是危害人民生命健康的主要原因,应有针对性地开展疾病预防以及健康教育、健康促进工作,提高居民对慢性病的预防保健意识,减少疾病和意外的发生。[Objective]To understand the mortality level,main death causes and characteristics of residents in Wufeng autonomous county,analyze the major diseases which influence the health of residents,and provide the basis for making the prevention and control strategies. [Methods]The death data were collected from network direct report system,and Deathres 2005 death registration system was adopted to analyze the data. [Results]During 2007-2010,the crude death rate of residents in Wufeng county was 6.08‰,and the standardized mortality was 8.60‰.The male-to-female mortality ratio was 1.42∶1.The top five death causes were circulatory system diseases,respiratory diseases,injury and poison,malignant tumors and digestive system diseases. [Conclusion]The chronic diseases and accidental injury were the main causes which harmed to people＇s health.It is necessary to carry out the prevention measures,health education and health promotion,so as to improve the prevention awareness for chronic diseases among residents,and reduce the incidence of diseases and accidents.
