摘  要:目的预防、控制、消除某智能化电镀表生产建设项目的职业病危害,保护劳动者健康。方法综合分析该项目现场职业卫生学调查情况、检测结果及职业健康监护结果,依据相关法律、法规、标准、技术规范进行评价。结果该项目产生的职业病危害因素主要为铅烟、二氧化锡、非稳态噪声及工频电场;铅烟时间加权平均(TWA)浓度检测范围是<0.004~0.007 mg/m3,二氧化锡TWA检测范围是0.3~0.4 mg/m3,非稳态噪声检测范围是71.1~80.1 dB(A),工频电场检测范围是0.47~1.42 V/m。职业健康检查未检出接触粉尘、噪声作业在岗期间目标疾病。结论该项目在实施过程中,能够采取相关职业病危害防护措施,各工种接触职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)均符合国家职业卫生接触限值的要求,达到了职业病危害控制效果。[Objective]To prevent,control and eliminate the occupational hazards in a construction project of intelligent ammeter factory,protect workers' health. [Methods]The results of field occupational hygienic investigation,detection and occupational health surveillance of this project were analyzed comprehensively,and the evaluation was conducted according to related laws,regulations,standard and technical specifications. [Results]The main occupational hazard factors in this project were lead fume,tin dioxide,unsteady noise and power frequency electric field.The detection range of time weighted average(TWA) of lead fume was 0.004 mg/m3~0.007 mg/m3,the detection range of tin dioxide TWA was 0.3~0.4 mg/m3,and the detection range of unsteady noise and power frequency electric field was 71.1~80.1 dB(A) and 0.47~1.42 V/m respectively.The occupational physical examination showed that the diseases caused by dust and noise exposure were not detected. [Conclusion]The related occupational protective measures had been carried out in this project.The concentration(strength) of all occupational hazard factors was in accordance with national limit values,which met the requirement of occupational hazard control.
