吉安市加油站作业人员的职业健康状况

摘　　要：目的了解吉安市加油站作业人员的健康状况及长期接触汽油对作业人员健康的影响。方法对吉安市83家加油站的903名作业人员进行职业健康检查,检查项目包括询问职业史、内科、神经系统、皮肤、血压、血常规、尿常规、肝功能、心电图等,并对检查结果进行分析。结果加油站作业人员神经衰弱综合征检出率为9.19%,皮疹、皮肤过敏、皮肤干燥脱屑、皮肤角化皲裂检出率为2.1%,末梢感觉、跟膝腱反射减弱或消失检出率为2.33%,高血压检出率6.87%,血常规异常检出率5.65%,尿常规异常检出率2.66%,心电图异常检出率9.64%,肝功能异常检出率2.55%。趋势卡方检验表明,加油站作业人员高血压、神经衰弱综合征、血常规、心电图异常检出率均有随年龄增长而增高的线性趋势(P<0.05);神经衰弱综合征、高血压、血常规、尿常规、心电图异常检出率均有随工龄增长而增高的线性趋势(P<0.05)。结论吉安市加油站作业人员长期接触汽油,可造成健康危害,对加油站作业人员应加强职业健康监护。[Objective]To understand the health conditions of workers in gas stations in Ji＇an city and the effect of long-term exposure to gasoline on the health of workers. [Methods]The occupational health examination was performed on 903 workers from 83 gas stations in Ji＇an.The examination items included occupational history inquiry,routine general medical examination,routine neurological assessment,routine dermatology examination,blood pressure,blood routine examination,urine routine test,liver function and electrocardiogram.The results of the examinations were analyzed. [Results]The detection rate of neurasthenic syndrome was 9.19%.The detection rate of rash,skin allergy,dryness and flakiness of skin,and skin keratinization was 2.1%.The detection rate of reduction or disappearance of nerve ending sense and Achilles tendon reflex was 2.33%.The detection rate of hypertension,abnormal blood routine examination results,abnormal urine routine test results,abnormal electrocardiogram and abnormal liver function was 6.87%,5.65%,2.66%,9.64% and 2.55%,respectively.The chi-square test showed that the detection rates of hypertension,neurasthenic syndrome,abnormal blood routine and abnormal electrocardiogram increased linearly with increasing age（P0.05）,and that of neurasthenic syndrome,hypertension,abnormal blood routine,abnormal urine routine and abnormal electrocardiogram increased linearly with increasing working age（P0.05）. [Conclusion]Long-term exposure to gasoline is harmful to health of workers in gas stations in Ji＇an.Therefore,occupational health surveillance of workers in gas stations should be strengthened.
