摘　　要：目的分析山东省郓城县2010年部分中小学生视力状况。方法随机抽取6所中小学校,采用标准对数视力表检测左右眼裸眼视力,比较性别、城乡以及不同学习阶段的视力差异。结果共调查3 367人,视力不良1 905人,发生率56.57%。其中视力4.5以下的985人,占51.71%;4.6～4.8的534人,占28.03%;4.9以上的386人,占20.26%。性别、城乡、不同学习阶段间的视力差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论郓城县中小学生视力不良率处于较高水平,预防近视、保护儿童少年的视力仍然是广大医务工作者和老师的一项重要任务。[Objective]To analyze the eyesight status of some students in primary and middle schools in Yuncheng county of Shandong in 2010.[Methods]6 primary and middle schools were sampled randomly.The uncorrected visual acuity was tested with standard logarithm visual acuity chart,and the difference in visual acuity between boys and girls,urban and rural areas,and different age groups were compared.[Results]A total of 3367 students were investigated,1905 students had poor vision,and the incidence was 56.57%.985（51.71%） students had severe poor vision（below 4.5）,534（28.03%） had moderate poor vision（4.6 ～ 4.8）,and 386（20.26%） had slight poor vision（above 4.9）.There were significant differences in visual acuity between boys and girls,urban and rural areas,and different age group（P 0.01）.[Conclusion]The incidence of poor vision was high among primary and middle school students in Yuncheng county.The medical workers and teachers should pay attention to prevention of myopia among students.
