护理警示标识在医院护理风险管理中的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨护理警示标识在医院护理风险管理中的临床应用效果。方法于2010年1—12月,统一、规范东南大学医学院附属江阴医院护理警示标识,各科室执行护理警示标识操作规范。比较2009和2010年患者对护理工作的评价、护士基础护理质量评分以及护理差错率。结果实施护理警示标识后,患者对护士工作的满意度、认可度和基础护理质量评分分别为159.27±10.76、29.13±2.59、99.62±0.67,显著高于实施前的130.56±10.43、26.97±2.51、95.85±0.73,实施前后比较,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.01;护理差错率是0.26%,显著低于实施前的0.51%,。结论护理警示标识可明显减少护理差错发生率,降低护理风险,提高护理服务质量和患者满意度。[Objective]To study the clinical application effect of nursing warning signs in hospital nursing risk management. [Methods]From January to December 2010,the nursing warning signs in the Affiliated Jiangyin People＇s Hospital of Southeast University Medical College had been standardized,and all departments had implemented the operational norms of nursing warning signs.The patients＇ satisfaction about the nursing care,the score of basic nursing care quality and the nursing error rate between 2009 and 2010 were compared. [Results]After the implementation of nursing warning signs,the satisfaction and accreditation of patients,and score of basic nursing care quality were 159.27±10.76,29.13±2.59 and 99.62±0.67 respectively,which were higher than those before the implementation（130.56±10.43,26.97±2.51 and 95.85±0.73）,and there were significant differences between before and after the implementation（P0.05）.The nursing error rate after the implementation（0.31%） was lower than that before the implementation（0.49%） significantly（P0.05）. [Conclusion]Nursing warning signs can significantly decrease the nursing error rate,reduce the nursing risk,and improve the care quality and patients＇ satisfaction.
