摘　　要：非洲地区矿产资源丰富，铁矿石探明储量300亿t，有着极大的勘查、开发潜力，但同时到非洲投资开矿有许多需要注意的问题。Mineral resources are very rich in Africa, It was proved that reserves of iron ore are up 30 billion tons, and has great potentials for exploration and development, but at the same time it should be noticed that there arc also many problems for mining investment and exploitation in Africa.
