摘 要:以电站锅炉防焦箱鼓包为研究对象,采用多种检测方法,探讨高温防腐漆对鼓包形成的作用,并研究鼓包的形成机理。基于Matlab软件模拟建立硬度与珠光体球化之间的关系模型,提出通过现场里氏硬度法测试鼓包表面硬度来分析防焦箱的珠光体球化程度,进而推广到对电站锅炉受压元件珠光体球化程度的分析,以此预测受压元件的剩余寿命,并提出可取代现场金相的新的寿命预测方法。A variety of methods were employed to inspect the bulges on the coking ark of power station boilers. The effect of high - temperature corrosion resistant coatings on formation of the bulges was discussed and the formation mechanism of the bulges was studied. The correlation between hardness and pearlite spheroidization was established based on Matlab simulation. The pearlite spheroidization degree of the eoking ark was analyzed by measuring the Leeb hardness of the bulges on the spot. It is proposed that the pearlite spheroidization degree of the pressure parts of power station boilers can be analyzed by meas- uring the Leeb hardness of the bulges' surface, based on which the residue life of the pressure components can be predicted. This new method may replace the conventional in -situ metallography.
