灾后重建中社区服务对老年人口心理健康的影响研究——以都江堰某安居小区为例

摘　　要：在汶川大地震灾后重建的背景下,运用OHI牛津主观幸福感量表,研究都江堰地区安居房中老年人目前的心理健康状况,并通过回归分析探讨社区服务与老年人心理健康之间的关系。结果表明,地震三年后,安居房中的老年人孤独感较为强烈,心理健康状况一般;研究设定的五项安居小区社区服务指标中有四项与老年人心理健康呈正相关关系,这四项内容分别是交通、购物、医疗与物业管理,以此论证了加强安居房社区服务建设,不仅能够优化灾区基础设施环境,而且能够提升安居房中老年人的心理健康水平。Based on the background of post-disaster reconstruction of Wenchuan earthquake,this paper,using the OHI（Oxford Happiness Inventory）,discusses mental health status of the elderly that living in the Government-subsidized Housing of Dujiangyan area,studies the relationship between community service and mental health of the elderly through ols regression analysis.The results show that： Three years after the earthquake,loneliness becomes a problem of the elderly,and the status of mental health is in normal level;four community service indexes that setting in this paper are positively related to the mental health of the aged,the four indexes are transportation,shopping,medical and property management,it is proved in this paper that strengthening community service in the Government-subsidized Housing,not only can optimize infrastructure environment in earthquake area,but also increase the level of mental health of aged people.
