反哺式养老储蓄制度研究

摘　　要：从代际交换关系看,赡养老人是子女的责任,但是现代社会养老的道德基础动摇,传统约束力下降,养老纠纷、养老冲突激增。基于此我们提出反哺式养老储蓄制度的概念并进行制度设计。反哺式养老储蓄制度是适应现代社会的要求,把子女赡养责任制度化、法律化、具体化的一种制度安排,它不仅是现代社会规范养老行为的需要,有利于推动养老问题的解决,而且有实行的法律依据和理论依据。It is children＇s duty to support their parents based on the relations of generation exchange;however,during the transitional process from the traditional society to legal society,social problems arose such as the waver of moral basis,decline of traditional restrain,dispute of providing the aged,increased conflict of supporting the aged.Based on these findings,we put forward the concept of providing the aged feedback deposit system and systemize the concept.The system aims to systemize,legalize,and specialize children＇s supporting responsibility to regulate the practice of providing the aged.It is not only a need,but also a method to promote the resolve of the problems of providing the aged since the system has the practical legal and theoretical bases.
