摘　　要：目的监测并分析麻疹疫苗强化免疫后预防接种异常反应发生情况。方法对内蒙古2010年麻疹疫苗强化免疫中发生并报告的预防接种异常反应进行调查分析。结果全自治区报告疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)220例,一般反应占189例,异常反应30例,偶合症1例。24 h内监测到AEFI病例160例。异常反应中,过敏性皮疹占50%。结论此次强化免疫组织妥当,实施规范,异常反应发生率较低,症状轻微。麻疹减毒活疫苗安全可靠。Objective To monitor and analyze the adverse events following measles supplementary immunization activities（SIAs）. Methods The adverse events following SIAs in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2010 were surveyed and analyzed. Results Totally 220 cases of adverse events following immunization（AEFI） were reported,including 189 cases with general reactions,30 cases with vaccine abnormal reactions,and 1 coincident case.Meanwhile,160 cases of reactions were reported in 24 hours,and 50% cases with abnormal reactions were rash. Conclusions Measles attenuated live vaccine is safe and valid during the period of SIAs.The abnormal reaction incidence is low,and these reactions can be relieved easily.
