摘  要:目的体外探讨Cu2+在缺血修饰性白蛋白形成中的作用。方法收集50例健康体检者血清标本均匀分成五组,将不同浓度Cu2+、Ca2+、EDTA-Na2、Cu2++EDTA-Na2溶液和去离子水分别加入五组混合血清中,在日立7170全自动生化分析仪上,利用白蛋白钴结合(ACB)试验进行IMA测定。结果终浓度≥25μmol/L的Cu2+各浓度组与去离子水组比较,测得的IMA均值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随Cu2+浓度的增高,IMA均值呈增高趋势。终浓度<25μmol/L的Cu2+各浓度组IMA均值与去离子水组比较则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Ca2+各浓度组IMA均值与去离子组比较无明显变化(P>0.05)。在EDTA-Na2组,随EDTA-Na2浓度升高,IMA逐渐降低。Cu2++EDTA-Na2组IMA均值与去离子水组比较无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 Cu2+与缺血修饰性白蛋白形成密切相关。Objective To research the role of Cu^2+ on the formation of ischaemia modified albumin(IMA) in vitro. Methods We collected the serum samples of 50 healthy individuals,mixed the sera and divided the sera into five groups evenly,added different concentrations of Cu^2+,Ca^2+,EDTA-Na2,Cu^2++EDTA-Na2,and deionized water into five groups,then tested serum IMA to the program of ACB on the HITACHI 7170 biochemical analyzer. Results When the concentrations of Cu^2+ were more than 25 μmol/L,the changes of IMA were significantly different from deionized water(P〈0.05),and moreover, as the concentrations of Cu^2+ became higher,the IMA results were increased.When the concentrations of Cu^2+ were lower than 25μmol/L,the changes of IMA showed no significant difference with deionized water(P〈0.05). Compared with deionized water,the changes of IMA in the Ca^2+ groups were meaningless(P〈0.05).In the EDTA-Na2 groups,as the concentrations of EDTA-Na2 became higher,the IMA results were gradually decreased.The results of Cu^2++EDTA-Na2 groups showed no significant difference with deionized water(P〈0.05). Conclusions Cu^2+ is closely related to the formation of ischaemia modified albumin.
