摘 要:目的对2010年郴州市手足口病临床诊断病例进行核酸检测,为临床确诊和制定预防控制措施提供依据。方法采用实时荧光RT-PCR法检测临床诊断为手足口病病例的粪便或肛拭子共681份。结果肠道病毒总阳性率为68.9%,EV71阳性率为37.2%,CoxA16阳性率为13.5%。年龄分布主要集中在0-3岁年龄段。性别分布男性明显高于女性。结论郴州市2010年手足口病以EV71为主,占总病例数的53.94%,主要分布在安仁、永兴、宜章、桂阳,重症病例EV71占79.25%。重症手足口病病例主要由EV71引起。Objective To analyze the pathogenic diagnosis of hand-foot-mouth disease in Chenzhou in 2010,and to provide the evidence for clinical diagnosis and making prevention and control measures. Methods A total of 681 stool and anal swab specimens were collected from clinically-diagnosed hand-food-mouth disease patients.The enterovirus was detected by fluorescent RT-PCR with species-special primers. Results The total positive rate of enterovirus was 68.9%.The positive rates of pan-enterovirus,Enterovirus 71 and Coxsackie A16 were 68.9%,37.2% and 13.5%,respectively.High positive rate was found in 0~3 years old children and male patients. Conclusions EV71 was the etiological pathogens of HFMD in Chenzhou in 2010,accounted for 53.94% of the total cases.Severe HFMD cases mostly resulted from EV71.
