摘 要:目的探讨血浆(1,3)β-D-葡聚糖检测[(1,3)β-D glucan,BG]在侵袭性真菌感染(invasive fungal infec-tion,IFI)早期诊断中的应用价值。方法应用MB-80微生物动态快速检测系统及GKT-1M动态真菌检测试剂盒,定量检测血浆BG的含量,将其与培养法进行比较。结果 112例可疑IFI患者,真菌培养法46例阳性,阳性率41.07%;血浆BG检测法阳性65株,阳性率58.04%,后者阳性率明显高于前者(χ2=39.95,P<0.05)。IFI培养阳性组、IFI培养阴性组和正常对照组血浆BG含量分别为(62.32±19.56)、(30.82±18.86)和(3.02±1.88)pg/ml,前两组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血浆BG检测与真菌培养法相比具有简便、快速、敏感性高等特点,可用于IFI的早期快速诊断。Objective To explore the application value of(1,3) β-D glucan(BG) in the early diagnosis of invasive fungal infection(IFI). Methods The concentration of serum BG was detected by MB-80(M) Microbiology Kinetic Rapid Reader and Kinetic Mycetes Detection Kit(GKT-1M),and then the statistical analysis was carried out. Results There were 46 positive samples by fungal cultivation in 112 patients who were suspected to deep mycosis,with the positive rate of 41.07%;65 positive patients were identified by the detection of serum BG,with the positive rate of 58.04%;the positive rate of the latter was significantly higher than that of the former(χ^2=39.95,P〈0.05).The concentrations of serum BG in patients with positive IFI culture,patients with negative IFI culture,and normal controls were(62.32±19.56) pg/ml,(30.82±18.86) pg/ml,and(3.02±1.88) pg/ml,respectively.The concentration of serum BG in normal controls was significantly lower than those in the other two groups(P〈0.01). Conclusions Compared with fungal cultivation,the detection of serum BG shows the advantages of more convenience,rapidness,and higher sensitivity.It can be used in the early diagnosis of IFI.
