摘  要:焊接组合工字形钢梁的梁高是钢梁设计的关键参数。本文根据钢闸门主梁的结构形式及受力条件,构建基于钢梁重量最小的优化模型,考虑弹性止水及斜支臂产生轴力的影响,利用势能驻值原理,推导出弯曲型与剪切型主梁梁高优化设计的计算公式,并探讨了相关因素的影响。本文公式物理概念明确,计算准确、简洁,可供工程设计参考。The height of welded-joint steel I-beams is a key parameter of beam design.This paper develops an optimization model of the steel beam of a sluice gate by principle of least weight,with consideration of its structure form,load condition and the effects of flexible water stop and the axial force produced by the inclined arm.For the main beam of bending and shearing types,a formula is derived by the principle of potential energy for optimal calculation of beam height,respectively,and the effects of various related factors are discussed.This formula of brief and accurate calculation is based on a solid physical background and suitable for engineering design.
