摘  要:设计了一种对固体火箭发动机推进剂装药高度进行物位测量、显示以及预警的检测系统。系统采用了基于光纤传感器与激光测距原理的非接触式物位检测方案,使用光纤传导激光,使带电设备远离检测现场,在现场完全不带电的环境下,完成高精度物位检测;通过系统主控单元控制多个传感器可实现多点同步检测,从而能够在装药表面不是绝对平面的情况下得到更为可靠的检测结果。实验表明,该系统平均误差为0.875mm,量程为4.122m,且具有完善的显示、预警功能,达到了设计要求,在石油、化工等相关领域具有广泛的应用前景。In the paper, a propellant level measuring system used for level measurement, result display, alert and modifying the parameters online is designed for solid rocket engines. A non-contact level measuring scheme based on the principle of optical fiber sensor and laser ranging is put forward in this paper. By transmitting laser in fiber and taking the live equipments part away from the test site , a perfect working environment without live equipments are got and the high-precision level measurement is achieved . Multiple sensors are controlled by control unit to receive multi-point measurement synchronously, and more accurate test results can be obtained even though the propellant surface is not absolutely fiat . The propellant level measuring for solid rocket engine can work safely system and accurately with the average accuracy of 0.875mm and measuring range up to 4.122m. It has the functions of display, alert and parameter modification .The system can be used for solid rocket engine and has very wide application prospects in petroleum and chemical fields
