摘　　要：目的探讨腹部穿透伤保守治疗指征，总结辅助检查在治疗过程中的价值。方法回顾性分析同一治疗小组于2006年8月至2010年10月保守治疗30例腹部穿透伤的临床资料。结果保守治疗成功25例，中转手术5例。所有保守治疗成功病人于入院24-72h出院。结论保守治疗应成为腹部穿透伤治疗的手段之一，严格掌握指征、动态观察是安全实施这一治疗手段的关键。Objective To investigate the indication of the non-operative management of penetrating abdominal trauma, and summarize the value of auxiliary examination during the course of treatment. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of patients with penetrating abdominal trauma receiving non-operative management in the same treatment group during Aug. 2006 to Oct. 2010. Results Twenty-five cases were completely cured with non-operative management. Five cases were transferred to the operating room for definitive management. All patients managed non-operatively were discharged after 24-72 h of observation. Conclusion The nonoperative management should be one of important treatments for penetrating abdominal trauma. It＇s the key step to carry out the nonoperative management based on the grasp of strict indication and persistent clinical observation.
