摘　　要：等壁厚螺杆钻具是一种新型动力钻具。介绍了等壁厚螺杆钻具的基本结构、与普通螺杆钻具的结构区别和技术优势,并对其现场应用效果进行了分析。与普通螺杆钻具相比,等壁厚螺杆钻具具有工作扭矩大、使用寿命长、耐高温等优点,在深井和高密度钻井液井及小曲率半径水平井应用具有较大的技术优势。Foreign-site practice shows that the new screw drill which has uniform thickness of rubber bushing in the screw drill has a high prospect.The basic components structure of the screw drill,and the difference between an ordinary screw drill structure and its technical advantages were described,and the effect of field application was analyzed.The application results show that compared with ordinary screw drill,the new screw drill have large torque,long life,high temperature,etc.,in the deep wells,high-density drilling wells and small radius horizontal well construction process,with great technological advantage.Conduct in-depth study of the instrument has great value to improve the strength of oil drilling equipment.
