宁波市慢性病社区综合防治示范点创建实践及体会

摘　　要：目的:通过创建市级慢性病综合防治示范点,推动宁波市慢性病综合防治工作全面提升。方法:宁波市卫生局制订示范点创建实施方案和考评标准,各地街道自愿申报,通过加强组织领导、强化技术指导、落实各项措施来规范和提升各创建点的慢性病防治工作。结果:通过创建,增强了慢性病社区综合防治工作是社区建设的重要组成部分的理念,强化了疾控机构在慢性病社区综合防治中的技术支撑作用,各地社区慢性病综合防治的规范化水平进一步提升。期末考评7个创建点有6个达到了示范点的合格标准。结论:在社区政府支持下,采用多部门合作的方式,采取有力措施,扎实推进社区慢性病综合防治示范点创建工作,是提升慢性病综合防治工作的有效方法。Objective To promote and enhance the work of the integrated prevention and control of non-communicable chronic diseases（NCDs） in Ningbo by constructing municipal community-based demonstration sites.Methods The Municipal Health Bureau drew up the implementation programs and evaluation standards with voluntary application from the local streets.We reinforced organization leadership,strengthened technical guidance,and implemented measures to regulate and promote the work of integrated prevention and control of NCDs in the sites.Results By setting up municipal community-based demonstration sites,It was intensified that community-based demonstration work for the integrated prevention and control of NCDs was an important part of community development.The role of CDC was strengthened as the technical support for the local community-based work.The level of standardization on community-based work for the integrated prevention and control of NCDs was further enhanced.Of 7 sites 6 achieved the eligibility criteria of the demonstration sites in the final evaluation.Conclusion With government support,multi-sector cooperation and effective approaches,setting up community-based demonstration sites can be effective methods to improve the integrated prevention and control of NCDs in Ningbo.
