中西医结合治疗精神病并发肠梗阻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗精神病患者并发肠梗阻的优势。方法以2008年1月～2011年1月河北省荣军医院收治的精神病并发肠梗阻患者进行对照研究,将60例患者随机分为西医对照组、中西医结合治疗组,各30例。对照组采用西医常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,加用复方承气汤、针灸,两组患者疗程均为10d。结果中西医结合治疗组患者平均排气、排便、腹痛。腹胀缓解平均时间,均较对照组患者时间短(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗精神病并发肠梗阻有明显疗效,是一种较为理想的治疗方法。Objective Through comparison research discussed combined Chinese and western medicine treatment mental illness and IO superiority.Methods January 2008-2011 January Rongjun Hospital of hebei treated two of the mental patiens and IO control study of patients,will be treated the 60 cases diagnosed as mental patiens and IO were divided into western medicine treatent group,traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group,30 cases of each group;integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment Chinese and western medcine in the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy,plus compound chengqi decoction,adupuncture,the two observed treatment groups were 10 days.Results In randomized controlled study of 60 patients with adhesive obstruction of patients,integrated traditional and western medicine used in the treatment group and in the average time to exhaust,defecation time,compares has statistics significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion Application of the integrated traditional and western medicine has obvious therapeutic effect in the treatment of mental illness and intestinal obstruction,so we suggest it be an ideal management.
