金铃子水煎液对AST和ALT活性影响的研究

摘  要:目的观察金铃子水煎液对血清和肝组织天门冬酸氨基转换酶和丙氨酸转氨酶活性的影响。方法按相应剂量用金铃子水煎液对各组小鼠灌胃,共给药10次,然后取血和肝组织(制成1%匀浆液),用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清和肝组织中的AST、ALT。结果与对照组比较,金铃子供试液能明显降低血清和肝组织中AST活性,但对ALT活性无明显影响。结论金铃子水煎液可能是AST的抑制剂,具有引起乳酸中毒的危害性。Objective To study the effect of water solution of szechwan chinaberry fruit on glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase and aspartate aminotransferase.Methods Water solution of szechwan chinaberry fruit was administrated in all rats by intragastric administration 10 times.Then,AST and ALT were detected in blood and tissue homogenate of liver by enzyme-labeled immunosorbent assay.Results After water solution of szechwan chinaberry fruit administrated,AST was decreased in blood and tissue homogenate of live.However,ALT was unaffected.Conclusion Water solution of szechwan chinaberry fruit can inhibit AST elevation,then can induce lactic acidosis.
