摘　　要：宽带钢热连轧机生产效率高,投资巨大,经济效益极为显著。近年来,我国正在陆续筹建和改造若干套该类轧机。为正确确定方案,需对涉及的轧机装备技术水平,作出恰当的综合评价。Modern hot strip mills are highly productive but very expensive rolling equipments. In recent, years, more such mills would be built in China. In order to obtain optimal technical-economic results in these projects, the methods of technological evaluation for either such mills intended to be built or old mills intended to be revamped are discussed.
