摘　　要：目的探讨恙虫病的临床及护理特点,以提高诊治水平及疗效。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院收治的76例恙虫病患者的临床资料、治疗及护理方法。结果 76例患者均治愈出院,治愈率为100%,无后遗症发生。结论早期确诊,及时抗病原治疗,积极、准确的护理,是治疗恙虫病的关键。Objective To summarize the clinical and nursing care characteristics of tsutsugamushi diseases,and improve nursing and treatment levels and curative effect.Methods To retrospective analysis of the clinical datas,treatment and nursing methods of 76 cases with tsutsugamushi diseases.Results 76 cases were cured and discharged,the cure rate was 100%,without sequelae happen.Conclusion Early diagnosis in time the disease,accurate care,positive treatment are the key to cure the tsutsugamushi diseases.
