摘  要:目的:研究营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的治疗效果。方法:回顾该院2006~2008年GDM住院患者60例,随机分成两组:营养组(30例)由营养师根据患者情况提供营养治疗饮食,对照组(30例)则自行控制饮食。两组孕妇均由产科医师定期随诊,营养组孕妇同时有专业营养医师随访,监测饮食治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三脂(TG)和胆固醇(TC)水平及婴儿出生体重。结果:采用营养治疗措施后,两组FBG、2 hPBG、HbA1c、TC、TG等生化指标均降低,但营养组与对照组相比效果更为明显(P<0.05);营养组婴儿出生平均体重为(3.19±0.79)kg,无巨大胎儿出生。结论:合理的营养治疗对GDM有明显治疗效果。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of nutritional therapy for gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:60 hospitalized patients with GDM who were treated in the hospital from 2006 to 2008 were analyzed retrospectively,then they were divided into two groups: 30 patients in nutrition group were provided with nutritional therapeutic foods by nutritionists according to conditions of the patients;30 patients in control group controlled diet by themselves.The pregnant women in the two groups were followed up regularly by obstetrician,the pregnant women in nutrition group were followed up by special dieticians,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour blood glucose,glycolated hemoglobin,triglyceride and cholesterol levels before and after nutritional treatment and the birth weight of infants were monitored.Results:After nutritional treatment,the levels of biochemical markers(the fasting blood glucose,2-hour blood glucose,glycolated hemoglobin,triglyceride and cholesterol) in the two groups decreased,but the effect in nutritional group was more obvious(P0.05);the average birth weight in nutritional group was(3.19±0.79) kg,no macrosomia occurred.Conclusion:Reasonable nutritional therapy has significant therapeutic effect for GDM.
