摘　　要：目的:探讨自然周期法与激素替代法对解冻胚胎移植结局的影响。方法:收集2006年1月～2007年12月患者在该中心进行冷冻胚胎解冻移植144个周期的资料,进行回顾性分析。结果:自然周期组和激素替代组的妊娠率、胚胎种植率、早期流产率、多胎率、宫外孕率、胎儿畸形率、胚胎复苏率及孕激素值差异均无统计学意义;自然周期组子宫内膜厚度值高于激素替代组,而其雌激素值则明显低于激素替代组;年龄≤35岁组其妊娠率明显高于年龄>35岁组。结论:年龄对解冻胚胎移植结局的影响较显著。Objective：To explore the effects of natural cycle method and hormone replacement on the outcomes of thawed embryos implantation.Methods：The data of 144 thawed embryo transfer cycles were collected from the hospital from January 2006 to December 2007,and then the data were analyzed retrospectively.Results： There was no significant difference in the pregnancy rate,implantation rate,early abortion rate,multiple pregnancy rate,ectopic pregnancy rate,fetal malformation rate,embryonic recovery rate and progestogen level between natural cycle group and hormone replacement group;the thickness of endometrium in natural cycle group was thicker than that in hormone replacement group,but the progestogen level in natural cycle group was significantly lower than that in hormone replacement group;the pregnancy rate in ≤35 years group was significantly higher than in 35 years group.Conclusion：Age has significant impact on the outcome of thawed embryo implantation.
