复方中药二黄丹安方抗巨细胞病毒的体外实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方中药二黄丹安方抗巨细胞病毒作用。方法:用细胞病变法和噻唑蓝法体外研究二黄丹安方抗巨细胞病毒的最大无毒浓度、最小有效浓度和治疗指数,并与更昔洛韦进行比较。结果:二黄丹安方和更昔洛韦的最大无毒浓度分别为3 000μg/ml和100μg/ml,最小有效浓度为30μg/ml和10μg/ml,治疗指数分别为100和10。结论:二黄丹安方具有体外抗巨细胞病毒作用;其抗病毒作用略低于更昔洛韦,细胞毒性远低于更昔洛韦,治疗指数高于更昔洛韦,有望成为预防巨细胞病毒宫内感染的药物。Objective：To observe the anti-cytomegalovirus effect of compound Erhuangdanan. Methods：Cytopathogenic assay and MTT method were used to study the maximum tolerance concentration,minimal effective concentration and therapeutic index of compound Erhuangdan＇an during the anti-cytomegalovirus course,then the results were compared with ganciclovir. Results：The maximum tolerance concentrations of compound Erhuangda＇nan and ganciclovir were 3 000 μg/ml and 100 μg/ml,respectively;the minimal effective concentrations of compound Erhuangdan＇an and ganciclovir were 30 μg/ml and 10 μg/ml,respectively;the therapeutic indexes of compound Erhuangdan＇an and ganciclovir were 100 and 10,respectively. Conclusion：Compound Erhuangdan＇an has anti-cytomegalovirus effect in vitro,its anti-cytomegalovirus effect is lower than that of ganciclovir,its cytotoxicity is lower than that of ganciclovir,its therapeutic index is higher than that of ganciclovir,which is expected to become a preventive drug for cytomegalovirus intrauterine infection.
