摘　　要：农民工人力资本是整个社会人力资本的重要组成部分,三代农民工具有的人力资本不同,取决于他们人力资本投资不同。当今,政府的教育投资决定着农村的人力资本储备,政府主导的培训对农民工现实人力资本的提升作用重大,政府为改善农村卫生设施和医疗服务而做的努力,为农民工人力资本的持续增强提供了保障。同时,农民工人力资本的提升,将为实现公平就业创造条件。There is no doubt that the migrant workers have human capital. This kind of human capital is an important part of the whole society＇s human capital. Depending on their different investment on human capital, three generations of migrant workers have different human capital. Nowadays, the government＇s investment in education decides the rural reserves of human capital. The training leaded by government plays an important role in promoting the real human capital of migrant workers. The government＇s efforts to improve health facilities and medical services in rural area provide the security to the constant promoting of the human capital of migrant workers. At the same time, the promoting of the human capital will create employment conditions for the realization of fair.
