摘　　要：燕赵文化是先秦时期燕国和赵国文化的总和与统称。厚重的燕赵文化既是河北文化软实力建设的丰厚资源,也是河北文化软实力的重要元素。以马克思主义为指导,以社会主义核心价值体系为引领,充分开发利用这座富矿,批判地继承这份珍贵遗产,使之成为促进文化繁荣和发展文化产业战略资源、推动经济发展的精神力量、构建社会和谐的思想源泉,这是我们全面提升河北文化软实力应当做好的大文章。Yan and Zhao is the common name for state of Yan and Zhao in Pre-Qin period. The culture of Yan and Zhao is not only the rich resources, but also the key element in Hebei cultural Soft Power construction. Guided by Marxism and socialist core value system, completely utilizing the rich ＂mine＂ of culture, succeeding the precious legacy with criticism, and making it become the well-established image of Hebei, we make great efforts to promote the cultural prosperity, improve the strategic cultural industry, and impel the spiritual strength in developing Hebei＇s economy and ideological source in constructing harmonious society. This is the ＂big article＂ we must write well in full-scale upgrading of Hebei cultural Soft Power.
