摘  要:目的:分别建立HPLC法和UV光度法测定利奈唑胺注射液含量,并对两种方法进行比较。方法:分别采用UV法和HPLC测定利奈唑胺注射液的含量,从操作,准确度,精密度等方面比较各方法的优劣。结果:两种方法对利奈唑胺注射液含量测定结果均符合规定。UV法的精密度好于HPLC法。结论:UV法简便、快速,两种方法测定结果一致(P>0.05)。Objective:To establish and compare the methods for determination of linezolid injection by HPLC and UV spectrophotometry.Methods: The two methods were compared in operation,accuracy and precision.Results: The detection results of the two methods all conformed to the stipulation.The precision of UV method was better than that of HPLC method.Conclusion: UV method was simple and rapid,there was no significant difference between the results of the two methods(P〉0.05).
