利奈唑胺注射液含量测定的高效液相色谱法和紫外光度法比较

摘　　要：目的:分别建立HPLC法和UV光度法测定利奈唑胺注射液含量,并对两种方法进行比较。方法:分别采用UV法和HPLC测定利奈唑胺注射液的含量,从操作,准确度,精密度等方面比较各方法的优劣。结果:两种方法对利奈唑胺注射液含量测定结果均符合规定。UV法的精密度好于HPLC法。结论:UV法简便、快速,两种方法测定结果一致(P>0.05)。Objective：To establish and compare the methods for determination of linezolid injection by HPLC and UV spectrophotometry.Methods： The two methods were compared in operation,accuracy and precision.Results： The detection results of the two methods all conformed to the stipulation.The precision of UV method was better than that of HPLC method.Conclusion： UV method was simple and rapid,there was no significant difference between the results of the two methods（P〉0.05）.
