摘　　要：目的:了解本地区淋病奈瑟菌(NG)感染情况,为及时采取预防、治疗和控制措施提供科学依据。方法:收集2007年-2010年来海宁市人民医院就诊患者中分离的NG,用TM平板36℃含5%～10%CO2恒温培养48 h;用头孢硝酚纸片检测产青霉素酶淋球菌(PPNG)。结果:3176例患者标本经分离、培养、鉴定的NG为302株,阳性率达9.51%,其中男性41人,女性261人,加权平均年龄33.2岁,以21岁～40岁人数最多。从302株NG中共检出224株PPNG占74.17%。成年组中年龄越轻疑似病例比例越高,年龄越大NG检出率越高。结论:淋球菌耐药状况严重,临床上要合理使用抗生素;对不同的年龄组要进行相关的卫生保健知识的教育。Objective：To understand neisseria gonorrhoeae infection situation in this area,so as to provide scientific basis for taking timely prevention,treatment and control measures.Methods：NG,separated from patients in Haining people′s hospital during 2007-2010,was cultured on TM plate containing 5%~10% CO2 at 36 ℃ for 48 h,then phenol slips of paper with cephalosporins was used to detect penicillin-producing neisseria gonorrhoeae（PPNG）.Results： Among 3176 patients specimens,there were 302 strains of neisseria gonorrhoeae,positive rate was 9.51%,in which 41 males,261 females,the weighted average age was 33.2 years old,21~40 years old group accounted for most.Among 302 strains,PPNG was detected 224 strains,accounting for 74.17%.In junior group,the younger,the higher proportion of suspected cases,the older,the higher of NG detection rate.Conclusion： Neisseria Gonorrhoeae resistance is in serious condition,clinicians should pay attention to reasonable use of antibiotics.It is necessary to propaganda health care knowledge for different age groups.
