摘　　要：利用层次分析法,从经济、环境、区位、质量四个方面分析了影响决策个人购房的因素,并进一步利用该方法结合海口市的三个楼盘对住户购房选择的满意度进行调查和排序,从而得出最满意的楼盘。Adopting the analytic hierarchy process,the paper analyzes the factors which influence the decision-making for personal house purchasing from the economy,the environment,the location,and the quality,and investigates and sequences the satisfactory degrees for the residents＇ selection for house purchasing by using the method and combining with the three buildings in Haikou,so as to achieve the most satisfactory building.
