摘 要:成品板减薄可以降低HiB钢的铁损,但高斯织构锋锐度会受厚度或表面效应的影响,一般0.20 mm厚度为极限。本文使用预冷轧法和普通一次轧法制备出0.23 mm和0.16 mm的样品,通过EBSD及XRD技术比较了其冷轧、脱碳及高温退火后的微观及宏观组织及织构。结果表明,冷轧压下量在很大程度上影响了高斯织构的演变,过大或过小的压下量都对高斯的异常长大有不利的影响。厚度越薄的样品,高温退火时,表面能影响越早,因此对织构及第二相钉扎能力的要求越严格。The iron loss of HiB steel can be reduced by thickness reduction.However,the sharpness of Goss texture can be influenced by the thickness or surface effect,thus the ultimate thickness of cold rolling plate is usually 0.20 mm.Preliminary cold rolling and one stage cold rolling were applied to produce samples in thickness of 0.23 mm and 0.16mm.The microtexture and macrotexture after cold rolling,decarburization and high temperature annealing were investigated with EBSD and XRD technique.The results show that the evolution of Goss texture will be heavily influenced by cold rolling reduction.Over-reduction or insufficient reduction would both adversely affect the abnormally growth of Goss texture.The thinner the sample is,the earlier surface energy will perform during high temperature annealing,and consequently the firmer pinning ability of second phase and less brass texture are required.
