摘　　要：目的:总结特发性阴囊坏疽诊断及治疗体会,提高该病的诊疗水平。方法:回顾性分5例特发性阴囊坏疽患者的临床资料,并结合文献复习。结果:5例患者中2例有糖尿病史。经急诊切开减压、多次彻底清创、联合应用广谱抗生素及全身支持治疗后,4例二期缝合创面,1例缺损面积较大者行阴股沟邻位皮瓣转移修复术。结论:早期诊断、及时切开减压及清创、联合应用广谱抗生素对特发性阴囊坏疽的预后有至关重要的作用。Analyzed the and reviewed Objective： To summarize and improve the diagnosis and treatment oI e ourmer s gungreile. IYlwllutm： clinical data retrospectively of five patients with Fournier＇s gangrene treated in Dongfeng Hospital, the relative literature. Results： 2 cases were accompanied by diabetes. All patients underwent the treatments including open decompression urgently, thorough biotics combinedly and systemic nutritional support. 4 cases formed skin prosthetics due to larger skin defect. Conclusions： urgently,applied broad-spectrum antibiotics combinedly play debridement repeatedly,applied broad-spectrum anti- performed secondary suture, and the other one per- Early diagnosis,open decompression and debridement vital roles in the prognosis of Fournier＇s gangrene.
