摘 要:采用CFD商用软件FLUENT,选取VOF气-液两相流模型和标准k-ε湍流模型对60 t钢包浇注过程进行了数值模拟和物理模拟,利用水口流量和液面高度随时间的变化曲线分析了浇注过程中旋涡的产生及变化规律,得到了产生旋涡时自由液面的速度场,并与水模拟实验结果进行了比较.研究结果表明,水口直径及其水口位置对旋涡影响的数值计算结果与物理实验的结果吻合较好.VOF模型对于该过程的模拟是合理的和可行的.With the commercial software pack of CFD,the experimental and by using VOF model and standard k-ε turbulent model in a 60 t ladle casting process were carried out.The forming and developing regulation of the vortex in the casting process was analyzed by the relationship between mass flow rate at nozzle and liquid height.A velocity field of the free liquid surface was obtained when the vortex was formed.Compared with the experimental results,it shows that the numerical results about the effect of nozzle's diameter and nozzle's position on the vortex agree with the experimental results well.The results also indicate that the VOF models are available for the simulation of flows in this process.
