摘  要:以硫酸常压浸出液为原料,以腐殖土为中和剂,采用高温水解法对其进行净化除杂研究。在探讨除杂原理的基础上,考察水解温度、时间、腐殖土加入量和加入方式对杂质脱除率的影响。研究结果表明:水解反应前每升溶液加入腐殖土100 g,在220℃下反应1 h,常压浸出液中的铁、铬、铝的脱除率分别达到96.19%,93.32%和93.99%,同时镍、钴、镁、锰的回收率均在99%以上;水解渣成分以Fe2O3为主,具有良好的过滤性能;高压釜结垢中含有Fe2O3,NaAl3(SO4)2(OH)6和FeOHSO4,结垢方式为沉积式结垢,易清理。The hydrolysis process at high temperature was adopted to remove the impurities in atmosphere leaching liquor when the saprolite was used as a neutralizer.Based on the hydrolysis principles,the effects of hydrolysis temperature and time,the adding amount and methods of the saprolite on the removal of impurities were investigated.The results show that 96.19% iron,93.32% chromium and 93.99% aluminum in liquor are removed when the saprolite of 100 g/L solution is added before hydrolysis process at 220 ℃ for 1 h and more than 99% of nickel,cobalt,magnesium and manganese are recovered.The residue with fine filtration performance consists chiefly of Fe2O3.The scale formed as a deposition in hydrolysis process consists of Fe2O3,NaAl3(SO4)2(OH)6 and FeOHSO4 and they are easily removed.
