跪卧式排尿用于胎膜早破孕妇的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨胎膜早破孕妇待产期间有效的排尿体位,既能最大限度预防脐带脱垂又能有效地排尿,防止尿储留的发生。方法将观察对象随机分为观察组、对照组,分别采取仰卧位排尿和跪卧式排尿,比较两组产妇尿储留发生率、脐带脱垂率、新生儿窒息率、剖宫产率,并进行统计学处理。结果两组产妇尿储留发生率、剖宫产率差异有统计学意义,对照组明显低于观察组。脐带脱垂率与新生儿窒息率差异不明显无统计学意义。结论跪卧式是胎膜早破产妇待产期间安全有效的排尿姿势。Objective Study the effectively micturition posture in women with premature rupture of membranes,in order to greatly reduced the incidence rate of umbilical cord prolapse and urinary retention,at the some time,it can effectively voiding.Methods The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,which were taken in supine position of micturition and knees.Compared Incidence rate between the two groups of horizontal urination,urinary retention,umbilical cord prolapse,neonatal asphyxia,cesarean section,and to deal with statistics.Results The rates of urinary retention and cesarean section of the two groups have significant difference,the control group was significantly lower than the observation group.The rates of umbilical cord prolapse and neonatal asphyxia have no obvious difference and statistically significant.Conclusion Kneeling horizontal is a safe and effective micturition posture in women with premature rupture of membranes during prenatal period.
