矿难非经济损失的研究与启示

摘　　要：矿难损失分为经济损失和非经济损失,非经济损失又分为企业商誉损失、企业工效损失和矿工生命健康损失。用模糊综合评判、积分法和聚类分析分别评估三方面的损失。矿难的非经济损失是分析安全效益、指导安全定量决策的重要基础工作。Mine accidents are divided into economic loss and non-economic loss. The non-economic loss is divided into enterprise goodwill loss, enterprise work efficiency loss and miners＂ lives and health loss. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, area integration method and cluster analysis, we calculated three parts of losses. The study on mine accident＇s non- economic loss is a fundamental work for the analysis of security effectiveness and security decision-making.
