综采工作面设备下行撤出工艺

摘　　要：郑州煤炭集团白坪煤矿11151工作面大面积采碴,工作面推进困难,回采至560m处被迫停产进入拆除程序。为了不影响11131工作面正常推进,提出采用下行撤出工艺,对拆除空间及支护参数进行了优化,总结了工作面撤出的技术要点及安全关键,为以后类似条件下的工作面撤出工作积累了宝贵的经验。In Baiping Coal Comp.of Zhengzhou Coal Group, 11151 lace roof tailed in large area, the face advanced in difficulty and was forced to stop production to enter into demolition process, when excavated to 560m. In order that the normal mining wasn＇t affected at 11131 face, the down withdrawing process was proposed. The dismantling space and supporting parameters were optimized, the face withdraw techniques and security key were discussed. It accumulated valuable experience for demolishing similar conditions work face.
