摘　　要：在《防治煤与瓦斯突出规定》硬性制度的约束、要求及指导下,23111下副巷已安全揭开煤层,为了能把在此次揭煤当中总结出来的一整套成熟技术推广出去,也为了各煤矿兄弟单位能更好地借鉴、学习和指导,特对23111下副巷安全揭煤经验进行浅析。Under the constraint, requirements and guidance of the rigid system on ＂prevention of coal and gas outburst＂, the coal seam is safely uncovered. In order to popularize a set of mature technology concluded in uncovering coal in No.23111 down secondary roadway, in order that the experivence can better used by the coal mine brother units, the experience of safe uncovering coal in No.23111 down secondary roadway is analyzed.
