管壳式换热器凝结换热特性的试验研究

摘　　要：以饱和为工质,在方形折流板管壳式换热器试件上,对壳侧流体换热特性进行了试验研究。分析了冷却水和流量的改变对传热系数的影响;并通过与常用求取管外换热系数公式的对比,拟合出了适合于该实验的凝结换热准则式。The experimental research of the bundle was taken in t a shell-and-tube condensation from pure steam in a horizontal heat exchanger test section with square baffles. tube An analysis about the impact of the cooling water and steam on heat transfer coefficient was presented in the paper. The values of the correlation agree with the experimental ones well.
