摘  要:考察了孤岛油田中间层原油和外输原油的稳定性差异以及驱油剂对原油乳状液稳定性的影响。对于同一种破乳剂TA1031,在相同的脱水条件下,外输原油与中间层原油的最终脱水率分别为95.48%和78.40%,加入二元复合驱之后,脱水率分别为83.33%和70.30%。随着驱油剂浓度的增加,zeta电位的负值越来越大,乳状液稳定性增强;破乳脱出水的透光率减小,脱水效果变差。对于中间层原油,100mg/L石油磺酸盐和二元复合驱使界面张力由32.38mN/m分别降低至27.43mN/m和32.07mN/m,聚合物基本不影响油水界面张力;加入100mg/L不同驱油剂后,原油乳状液破乳脱出水中的油滴粒径大小顺序为石油磺酸盐、聚合物、二元复合驱。The stability differences between interlayered crude oil and external transmission oil of Gudao oilfield, and the influence of oil displacement agents on the stability of interlayered crude oil were studied. Under the same conditions, for the same demulsifier TA1031, the dehydration rate of the ex- ternal transmission oil and the interlayered crude oil were 95.48% and 78, 40%, respectively, and the dehydration rate were 83.33% and 75.30%, respectively, when a composite displacing agent was add- ed. With increasing the concentration of the oil displacement agents, the zeta potential of the droplets in water phase was more negative, and the emulsion was more stable. The transmittance of water de- hydrated from emulsion was smaller, and the demulsification efficiency became worse. For the inter- layered crude oil, the interracial tension decreased from 32.38 mN/m to 27.43 mN/m and 32.07 mN/ m, respectively, when 100 mg/L petroleum sulfonate and the composite displacing agent were added. The polymer did not affect the interracial tension essentially. When the concentration of the displacing agents was 100 mg/L, the particle size of the oil droplets in water dehydrated from emulsion were in the following order: petroleum sulfonate, polymer, 〉composite displacing agent.
