摘  要:用含氢硅油为主链,在氯铂酸催化下与丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯合成了梳型聚硅氧烷原油破乳剂。通过单因素实验考察了反应温度、反应时间及催化剂用量对反应转化率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件,在反应温度90℃、催化剂用量40μg/g、反应时间6h的条件下,转化率可达90.1%。产物结构经过红外光谱和核磁共振进行了确证。Polyorganosiloxane demulsifier was prepared through the reaction of hydrogen-containing silicone oil with acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and n-butyl acrylate using (hydro)chloroplatinic acid as the catalyst. On basis of the single factor test the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst usage on the reaction conversion were examined. The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows, reaction temperature 90 ℃, reaction time 6 h, catalyst usage 40 μg/g,with the conversion of up to 90.1%. The structures of the products were characterized by IR and 1H NMR.
