摘  要:采用超声波萃取-恒波长同步荧光法测定了土壤中的多环芳烃(PAHs)。对超声波萃取和同步荧光法的测定条件进行优化,考察方法的线性相关性、准确性和加标回收率,确定优化条件为:二氯甲烷/正己烷(1:1),体积每次30 mL分两次提取,提取时间为60 rain,样品不需纯化,直接可用于同步荧光分析。超声波萃取效率高,萃取时间短。采用恒波长同步荧光法对多环芳烃进行定性定量,相关系数r>0.9981,检测限0.052~12.37 ng,标准偏差0.017%~4.12%,回收率68.2%~109.9%。采用超声萃取-同步荧光法测定了龙岩市区不同功能区土壤中的多环芳烃。结果表明,闽西监狱良种繁殖园土样中含有苯并[a]芘和荧蒽,龙洲工业园土样中含有苯并[a]芘、荧蒽、苯并[k]荧蒽、咔唑和,龙岩三德水泥厂土样中含有苯并[a]芘、荧蒽、菲和蒽。该法简便快速,无需对混合物进行分离就可实现多组分的同时鉴别和定量测定。The given paper intends to introduce an improved method developed by its authors for simultaneous determination of pnlyeyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil by way of supersonic extraction and synchronous fluorescence spectrometry. As is known, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are the environmental organic pollutants which are prone to induce cancers, teratogeny, organism saltation, and other diseases. Therefore, it is essential to work out ways to overcome the environmentally hazardous PAHs so as to extract them on the oil sam- pies by using super-sonic technology and explore other synchronous fluorescence spectremetryare detective methods. For this purpose, we have carried out the optimal examinations on the ultrasonic extraction and try to optimize the conditions of the technology and the linear cor- relations. So far as we know, the optimal conditions for its extraction can be found as follows: the ultrasonic extraction can be carried out for 60 min in 30 mL dichloromethane/n-hexane (1:1) by using a mixed extractive solvent. However, there is no need to purify PAHs for the direct extraction of the samples. Moreover, the shorter the extraction time, the higher the extraction efficiency. Besides, PAHs can both be qualified and quantified by using the synchronous fluores- cence spectrometry. It can perhaps be said that good linearity ( r 〉 0.998 1) can be found in the range of the test concentrations, with the detection limit standing between 0.052 - 12.37 ng with the standard deviations of 0.017 to 4.12, whereas the average recovery rate of the PAHs lies between 67.1% - 120.8%. Thus, the method in- troduced here can be regarded as so sensitive and accurate that it can be applied to the analysis and determination of PAHs in solid sam- pies. In addition, it can be applied to determine the polycyclic aro- matic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in oil samples in different functional re- gions in Longyan City.
