摘　　要：介绍了装备制造业供应链的特点和优势。论述了优化装备制造业供应链管理的模式:实施以优势龙头企业为核心,供应商管理库存为手段,供应链管理服务外包为目标的供应链管理。The characteristics and superiority of the equipment manufacturing industry of supply chain are introduced. The model of the equipment manufacturing industry optimization of supply chain is discussed： implementing the supply chain management by taking advantage leading enterprises as the core, vendor management inventory as the means, and supply chain management service outsourcing as the goal.
